Delivery Information for Purchasing Multiple Items If purchasing multiple items your order will be dispatched when every item is available. If you are ordering multiple items and they are all to be delivered to the same address then you will only be charged for delivery once, at the highest amount. Delivery Information for Small to Medium Deliveries Goods are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order. (However this does not apply to our range of designer reproduction furniture, where lead times apply and are shown on the individual product pages.) Please check the individual availability of the products you have ordered. - Deliveries will be done between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. To safeguard your security a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. - If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the delivery person will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. - We are happy to send items as gifts for people, but, to avoid confusion, please inform them in advance that a parcel is going to be delivered. Note: The value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip. - Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control. Delivery Information Large Deliveries Furniture which is fully assembled, overly fragile/valuable or requires specialist handling will be sent using our furniture handling delivery service for UK customers or by TNT international palletised service. - Goods which are in stock will be delivered to you within 7 to 28 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. However if you have ordered a 'pre-order' item the goods will be delivered to you within 1 - 3 weeks of us receiving the supplier delivery. We will contact you once your order is complete in to arrange your delivery date and time slot. - If the product is a 'pre-order' stock item there will be a lead time quoted on the product page. This is usually ranges between 3 to 10 weeks depending on the item. The lead-time quoted is given in good faith. The lead-time is the number of weeks we expect it will take to recieve your furniture into our warehouse. Once the furniture has arrived at our warehouse we will contact you within 2-3 days to arrange your delivery. - If the product is available as 'in-stock' then no lead time will be quoted on the product page and you order will be delivered to you within 7 to 28 working days. - The lead-time is based on the best available information from our suppliers at the time of purchase. If there are any anticipated delays we will notify you by phone or email. - To safeguard your security, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. - The couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a set delivery date. If you fail to be in on that date then you may be re-charged for any subsequent deliveries.
