Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card, and cheques (payable to London Retail Ltd.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Discount Codes and Vouchers
Discounts are only made against the cost of goods, and cannot be claimed against the cost of postage.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(A) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; (B) we do not deliver to your area; or (C) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. (D) If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible . We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. |

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away if they are in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 1-7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 to 14 days. |
| Back Orders If the product is a 'pre-order' stock item there will be a lead time quoted on the product page. In most cases this is because the item is bespoke, custom made or handmade. This usually ranges between 2 to 10 weeks depending on the item. The lead-time quoted is given in good faith. The lead-time is the number of weeks we expect it will take to receive your furniture into our warehouse. Once the furniture has arrived at our warehouse we will contact you within 2-3 days to arrange your delivery. Returns PolicyReturn or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt along with any original documentation as proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund within 2 weeks (excluding any original/return delivery charges), or exchange the item for a different size / colour / or item of same value if preferred.

We can arrange for small accessories (Delivery code 'S') to be collected for a £7 charge from Mainland England/Wales and Lower Scotland
We can arrange for medium accessories/furniture (Delivery code 'M') to be collected for a £25.00 charge from Mainland England/Wales and Lower Scotland
We can arrange to collect large furniture (Delivery code 'L') for a £40 charge from Mainland England/Wales and Lower Scotland

Or you are welcome to return the goods back to us youselves. If you send the item back to us then for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking number (i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery).

Faulty Item
We recommend that you inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If the item you received is faulty, please call or email us within 3 days of receipt to returns@amode.co.uk quoting your order reference number, your name and address, details of the product and fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
In some cases we will require a photograph of any damage to assist in our resolution process. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact returns@amode.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the original product and the item that you received in error. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their full original clean packaging. Items must not have been assembled or put together. For this reason please check all dimensions and if not sure please contact us for further information. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
