Is your furniture ready assembled?
Our delivery team will assemble all the furniture items at your property with the exception of complicated installation jobs such as wall mounting.
How do I care for my item?
Different materials require different levels of care to ensure its longevity. Full care instructions on various materials can be found on our product care page.
Tax, VAT & Duty Questions
Is VAT included in the price shown?
VAT is included in all prices shown on our site. The VAT element is shown separately at checkout for your information.
I live outside of the UK, will I have to pay any duty/taxes?
These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. The customer is responsible for any of these duties/taxes and it is best you check with your shipping company.
Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?
Someone needs to be at the delivery address to sign and check your order.
What countries do you deliver furniture to?
Currently we can only deliver our heavy furniture items to the Mainland UK. You can arrange to collect the furniture from our warehouse if you would like to ship it to another country. You can read further information by visiting our delivery page.
