Depending on your location, order value or fragility of the item purchased, deliveries will be sent out using either Royal Mail, a national courier, a palletised service or a furniture courier. Please contact us for a delivery quote to your area. We are on some occasions unable to deliver furniture to offshore UK Isles so please contact us before purchasing. Delivery Information for Purchasing Multiple Items If purchasing multiple items your order will be dispatched when every item is available. If you are ordering multiple items and they are all to be delivered to the same address then you will only be charged for delivery once, at the highest amount. Delivery Information for Small to Medium Deliveries Goods are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order if they are in stock. Please check the individual availability of the products you have ordered. Deliveries will be done between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. To safeguard your security a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. - If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the delivery person will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. - Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control. Delivery Information Large / Extra Deliveries Furniture which is fully assembled, overly fragile/valuable or requires specialist handling will be sent using our furniture handling delivery service for UK customers. - Goods which are 'in stock' will be delivered to you usually within 7 to 14 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. - If the product is a 'pre-order', 'special order' or 'made to order' stock item there will be a lead time quoted on the product page. This is usually ranges between 3 to 10 weeks depending on the item. The lead-time is the number of weeks we expect it will take to receive your furniture into our warehouse. After it arrives to our warehouse it will be delivered to you usually within 7 to 14 working days. -If the product is available as 'in-stock' then no lead time will be quoted on the product page and you order will be delivered to you within 7 to 14 working days. - The lead-time is based on the best available information from our suppliers at the time of purchase. If there are any anticipated delays we will notify you by phone or email. - To safeguard your security, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. - The couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a set delivery date. If you fail to be in on that date then you may be re-charged for any subsequent deliveries. - Upon delivery, the couriers will take the order into the room of your choice, unwrap the goods and take away the packaging. At this point you will have the opportunity to inspect and accept the furniture. They will then ask you to sign a delivery note to confirm that you have received it in good condition. At that point you must state any transit damage or cosmetic faults (if there are any) on the delivery note. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims of transit damage or cosmetic damage at a later date.
