Delivery is based on weight and/or dimensions of the items. Below is a general guide of the delivery pricing, however the correct delivery charge for your item will be calculated for you in the checkout page based on your location.

Delivery Prices

Our delivery prices vary depending on the delivery location, as outlined below. The delivery charge is a flat rate so you only pay one charge no matter how many items are on your order.

Storage Charges: Our delivery warehouse will be able to hold your order (once it arrives into their warehouse in the UK) for a maximum of 2 weeks at no additional charge. If you require them to hold onto your goods for longer than 2 weeks then they will charge you a storage fee of £10 per week, which is payable directly to the delivery company.

Delivery If Paying by Credit/Debit Card: Please note, to safeguard your details and to prevent fraud we will only deliver items to the address which your credit/debit card is registered to. 

Delivery Information for Purchasing Multiple Items If purchasing multiple items your order will be dispatched when every item is available. If you are ordering multiple items and they are all to be delivered to the same address then you will only be charged for delivery once.

Delivery Service Information  Furniture which is fully assembled, fragile, valuable or requires specialist handling will be sent using our specialist furniture handling delivery service for UK customers.

All furniture is made to order and there is an average leadtime of 8 weeks. The lead-time is the number of weeks we expect your order to to arrive in the UK. After your order arrives it will be delivered to you usually within 7 to 14 working days.

- If the product is in stock your order will be delivered to you within 7 to 14 working days.

- Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday only). Deliveries are carried via a postcode schedule - we will only deliver to your postcode on a single designated day of the week.

- You will be contacted in advance to book in your delivery date and time by the delivery team. You will be given a two hour time slot, and you can also request a pre-call on the day that your delivery is booked at the time that you are contacted to book in the delivery.

- The lead-time quoted is based on general information given to us by suppliers at the time of purchase. If there are any anticipated delays we will notify you by phone or email.

- You will receive a call or text in advance to arrange a delivery date. If you fail to be in on that date then a false call charge of £40 will be made.

- Upon delivery, the couriers will take your order into the room of your choice, unwrap the goods and take away the packaging. At this point you will have the opportunity to inspect and accept the furniture. The drivers will then ask you to sign a delivery note to confirm that you have received your order in good condition. At that point you must state any concerns if there are any on the delivery note. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims of transit damage or cosmetic damage at a later date.

- International (non UK) Delivery. Amode are unable to deliver to any international locations.

Assembly or Installation

Our normal delivery service does not include any assembly or installation. We are able to offer installation or assembly for orders within the M25. Quotes vary depending on the size or complexity of the installation or assembly. Please contact us for an individual quote for this service. 

August & Christmas Shutdown

During the entire month of August all furniture manufacturers in Italy, and most of Europe, are closed for their annual summer holidays. Orders placed in the run up to August, and within the month of August will have their delivery leadtimes affected. Order placed in August will mean that the leadtime quoted for your order will be effective from the 1st of September. Orders placed in the 4 to 8 weeks leading up to August will have their leadtimes effected on a pro-rata basis.

During the month of December manufacturers have between a 2 week break. Production is stopped during this period, so if you order is being produced between this period please bear in mind that this can affect your standard leadtime.
