If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it's original condition by giving us written notice (fax, letter or email) within 7 days* of receiving your delivery.
We will issue a full refund within 2 weeks of receiving the item back into our possession, or exchange the item for a different size / colour / or item of same value if preferred provided the following conditions are met;
(A) All items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition to our warehouse or showroom;
(B) They must be returned in their full original packaging;
(C) Reasonable care must be taken by yourself to ensure the items are not damaged while in your possession or in transit;
(D) Items are returned to us with 28 days from the day that delivery was made into your property;
We reserve the right to reject returned item(s), or to deduct an amount to compensate for any repair, restocking or recovery costs if the above conditions are not met.
* Please note: This returns policy does not apply to non-returnable goods such as upholstered sofas, upholstered beds, wall systems, lacquered furniture and other customized or bespoke orders which has been made especially for you after you placed your order with us.
We recommend that you inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If the item you received has any transport damage or fault please notify us by writing (email to email@example.com or a letter) within 3 days of receipt quoting your order reference number, your name and address, details of the product and fault, and we will contact you to arrange a resolution.
We will require a photograph of any damage to assist in our resolution process. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
For larger furniture items we use a specialist-handling courier who will deliver the furniture into your home. At this point if there is any visible transport damage or any faults they must be noted on the drivers delivery sheet.
Items which are bespoke, made to order or have had any customization in size, colour, finish or composition are none refundable. This includes upholstered sofas, upholstered beds, lacquered furniture and wall systems.
Mattresses & Pillows. In the interests of hygiene, mattresses and pillows cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the original product and the item that you received in error.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
