ReturnsReturns PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it's original condition by giving us written notice (fax, letter or email) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Faulty Item We recommend that you inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If the item you received has any transport damage or fault please notify us by writing (email to returns@amode.co.uk or a letter) within 3 days of receipt quoting your order reference number, your name and address, details of the product and fault, and we will contact you to arrange a resolution. We will require a photograph of any damage to assist in our resolution process. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. For larger furniture items we use a specialist-handling courier who will deliver the furniture into your home. At this point if there is any visible transport damage or any faults they must be noted on the drivers delivery sheet. At this point you also have the opportunity to reject the delivery if there is damage with the item. Bespoke/Customized Orders Items which are bespoke, or have had any customization in size, colour, finish or composition are none refundable. Mattresses & Pillows In the interests of hygiene mattresses and pillows cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging. Self Assembly For self assembly products it is important that you read the assembly instructions carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for any self-assembly goods that are damaged because instructions were not properly followed. Before assembling any self assembly goods ensure that all parts have been inspected and if there is any damage to the product do not commence any assembly. We reserve the right to reject return of item(s) where assembly has been undertaken, or to deduct an amount to compensate for any repair, restocking or recovery costs. Incorrect Item If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact returns@amode.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the original product and the item that you received in error. We will then arrange to have the correct goods sent to you. Discount codes & vouchers If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
